My Experience with Innisfree Capsule Recipe Pack Rose and Calamine:
This capsule pack come in a small 10 ml, disposable jar, which looks like a yoghurt cup. Although the quantity appears less, I have used this mask twice and it looks like it will last at least 3-4 uses more. The best way to use this mask is to apply it right after skin cleansing and exfoliation. I apply a thin coat of this mask evenly on my face. This coat is sufficient because our skin has a limited capacity to absorb nutrients. A thick layer will just lead to wastage of product.
The Capsule Recipe Pack Rose and Calamine is petal pink in color and has an amazing rose aroma. It has a water and calamine base. Calamine is a century-old remedy for mild skin ailments. It is a combination of zinc oxide and ferric oxide and soothes and calms the skin. It heels and calms the skin irritants. It contains glycerin, which adds hydration and moisture. It also makes the mask easy to spread and prevents it from drying to a mud paste which becomes too hard to wash off.
I usually let my face pack sit for at least 20 minutes and this one does not dry to a stubborn muddy layer; rather it remains wet and is easy to wash off. It has a long list of ingredients but most of them are essential extracts. It contains rose flower extract, it contains wintergreen leaf extract which is cooling for skin, it has mandarin orange extract which has a brightening effect, it contains prickly pear fruit extract which is an antioxidant, orchid and camellia flower extract and the list goes on.
After washing it off my skin feels smoother and softer and prepped for further layering of skin care products. The rose extract and calamine have a soothing effect on my skin and calm some mild skin inflammation. These packs are affordable and have potent ingredients and are a must-try.
